What this is

AdminHub is a platform for managing Telegram bots, channels and shops. We provide the interface (Mini App + web admin) and infrastructure. You use your own channels and bots, configure them and receive payments directly.

Service description

The service includes: shop module (products, subscriptions, services), AI Content Factory, publishing and post queue, subscriber and team management, AI Support, Cross-promo. Plans — Free (with limits) and Pro (unlimited, 250 Telegram Stars per month).

Acceptable use

By using AdminHub you agree to: (a) not violate Telegram's Terms or the laws of your country of operation, (b) not use the platform for spam, fraud or prohibited content, (c) not attempt unauthorised access to other users' data or the infrastructure.

Payments and money

We don't store card data and never touch your money. Telegram Stars flow through Telegram. Fiat payments go through the payment provider you choose. Platform fees apply only to the Pro subscription. Refunds to your customers are issued by you through Telegram.

Bot permissions

AdminHub uses only the permissions you explicitly granted the bot inside Telegram. You can revoke them at any time — remove the bot from a channel or disable it via @BotFather. Once revoked, we lose access to the corresponding functionality.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time — disconnect the bot and delete your workspace. We may suspend access in case of serious policy violations (spam, fraud, security threats) with prior notice, except in emergencies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Our maximum liability for any damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to terms

Terms may change — we'll notify you of material changes inside the Mini App and via email (if you provided one). Continued use of the service means you accept the new version.
