Can I see who asked a question?
No. You only see the question text. The service stores the author’s identifier — it powers rate limits and blocking — but it is never shown in the dashboard, and there is no “reveal the sender” feature at all.
How do I protect the inbox from insults and spam?
Rate limits are always on, and you can block the author of any question in one tap — without learning who they are. Once blocked, they cannot write again.
Is it free?
Yes — anonymous questions are available on every plan, including the free one.
What do I need to enable it?
A connected channel bot in AdminHub. If your bot is already connected, enabling takes under a minute.
